Glowtone
RevenueCat'in gizlilik politikası: revenuecat.com/privacy
Bilgileri nasıl kullanıyoruz
Bilgilerini yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için kullanırız: renk analizini yapmak, sonucunu ve fotoğraflarını hesabında saklamak, renk taramalarını yanıtlamak, giriş kodu e-postaları göndermek, satın almanı doğrulamak ve hataları gidermek. Bilgilerini satmayız ve reklam amacıyla kullanmayız.
Fotoğraflarını ve ölçümlerini açık rızana dayanarak işleriz (KVKK md. 5/1, GDPR md. 6(1)(a)).

Information we collect
- Account: Your email address if you sign in with email; if you sign in with Apple, the user identifier Apple gives us, your email address (or Apple's relay address if you hide it) and (if you share it) your name. If you use the app without an account, only an anonymous guest identifier is created.
- Your face photos: The photos you take or choose for color analysis. Photos are uploaded to our server only with your explicit consent.
- Color measurements: Your skin and eye color measured from the photo (numeric color values), where your face is in the photo, and lighting warnings.
- Analysis and scan results: Your quiz answers, the suggested and chosen season, and the color scans you save.
- Purchases: If you buy Glowtone Plus, the purchase record (product, date, price, country). Apple handles the payment; we never see your card details.
- Usage and error logs: Events kept on our own analytics server (VoSpace) to improve the app and find problems: account creation, saved analyses, purchases and technical error logs. These events are linked to your account identifier; your photos and color measurements are not included. There are no ads and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
How your photos are processed
Your photos are processed only on our own servers; they are never sent to any AI company or other third party. The server finds your face in the photo and measures color on your cheeks, forehead and eyes. We do not identify you from your face, we do not create a face print (biometric template), and photos are not used to train any model.
Your photos are stored encrypted (AES-256) on disk and can be opened only through your account. Our team does not view your photos.
How purchases are processed
Glowtone Plus purchases are verified through RevenueCat. Your account identifier, a device identifier and the purchase record from Apple are sent to RevenueCat and used only to verify and restore your purchase. RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy
How we use information
We use your information only to run the app: performing your color analysis, keeping your result and photos in your account, answering your color scans, sending sign-in code emails, verifying your purchase and fixing errors. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
We process your photos and measurements based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your photos or your account.
Sharing
Your information is shared only with infrastructure providers that help us run the service (server hosting, email delivery, Apple, RevenueCat), and only as much as needed. Your photos are not passed to these providers; they stay encrypted on our own server.
Retention and deletion
Your photos and results stay in your account until you delete them. You can delete any photo in the app at any time; the file is deleted from the server too. Settings > Delete all my data permanently deletes your account, photos, measurements and results. You can also email us.
Children
Glowtone is designed for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
